[OPEN | Event Post] I went into the brain of Knowhere

Who: Drift and OPEN
What: Searching for the Storage Crystal! ...but getting lost and stuck in unfortunate places instead.
When: BACKDATED Roughly between the 10th and 17th.
Where: The brain of Knowhere D:

((OOC: Prose or brackets welcome. Feel free to say you were with Drift at the start, or just meet him at random anywhere. Help his holoavatar find and free his robot body or just convince him to keep searching for the storage crystal. The holo is solid but has no powers other than being able to lift more than a normal human and briefly changing scale (smaller or larger). It may glitch out or disappear entirely if out of range of Drift himself.))

[A - Earlier: Lost robot is lost, but car can still do tricks]

Whether Drift had started this hunt with others or not didn't seem to matter, because he sure ended up on his own eventually. That H'rry guy wasn't kidding about this place being a maze, one Drift could swear kept shifting and changing. He's been leaving his glyph crudely etched into the walls just to track his own passing, though he's starting to wonder if the Crystal is of an energy source he can detect with a little (or a lot) of meditation and manipulation of his aura. One thing's for sure though: he's pretty damn lost. So not only is Drift looking for the Storage Crystal, but the other people he knows entered who must still be in here as well. Though really, he'd take any face at this point, familiar or otherwise.

And if he finds someone? Maybe he'll institute a hand holding rule. Because this turning around and finding people gone thing, that got old real fast.

Drift huffs from his vents as his footplate scrapes against the edge of a sheer drop. Who knows how far down it is? And why is the rest of the corridor on the other side of the gap, one level down? Whoever designed this placed needs to get their head checked. Yeah, that'd be a funny joke if the swordmech wasn't acutely aware that he was walking around in a dead titan's brain. Nothing creepy about that at all, nope!

He'd give anything at this point for Wing's jump jets or Skids' grappling hook, but the grounder has some tricks of his own. Frag if a little distance like that is gonna stop Drift. He gets himself a running start, folds down into his alt, and with a roar of his speedster engine, jumps the gap. His tires squeal as they acquire traction the other side, rear fender scraping nosily against one side of the narrow hall. Not his best effort, but no one's around to see it right? (Blessings do come in strange packages, don't they?) The ceiling is low here, so he rolls forward, headlamps flicking on, revealing several side corridors ahead that might look promising.

"Anybody here?!"

[B - Later: Human holoavatar has to do Lassie duty AKA this place needs height clearance warnings]

Right at this moment, Drift is wondering if he'll ever live this down or if it's better to just let him die here of embarrassment. He's figured out that hard way--namely from personal experience--that things in here really do displace and end up suddenly elsewhere. He may have inadvertently found himself a quiet place to meditate, but sudden displacement is a bit of a jarring experience especially when you materialize in mid-air.

Welp, now he's a tangle of limbs stuck in room too small for him that is Primus only knows where. And not in a position especially conducive to meditation either. Yelling certainly hadn't done much good either. Drift's gotta get creative now, and boy is he happy he still has his human holoavatar from his Earth days. So, while the robot is uncomfortably squished in a box like so much origami, there's a human female of vaguely Asian 'decent' wandering the brain of Knowhere, calling for help. And maybe--hopefully--running into help that is of the least awkward variety (EG, not Cybertronian. But then how often is his luck really that good?).
