AUGUST PLOT: A LOVELY TRIP TO PLANET 10952.EG.K

Arrival on EG.K is non-eventful; one will find themselves about a five minute walk away from the closest village on a very flat planet. The purple and turquoise grass waves in the near-constant warm breeze under a rosy pink sky, and while the sun seems far too close to the planet for comfort, the semi-cloudy nature of the planet means one can see far into the distance without squinting constantly.

EG.K is currently a delightful 23.9 degrees in Universal Standard Temperature, dipping down to 15.5 UST at night. Visitors to the planet can expect clear skies and no rain or storms for the week. Occasional winds up 50 MPH are present, but not constant.

Make friends with the locals, take a swim in a lake, actually do whatever it is you came here to begin with - whatever it is, enjoy your week on this charming and uneventful planet!

[Setsuna may not be a technologically savvy as the people on board the space station, but she's advanced enough in various scientific fields to recognize a well-made laptop when she sees one. Although she had no way of knowing JUST how powerful it is unless she has access to it...which likely isn't going to happen.

The girl she approaches is obviously on guard, though not necessarily about to attack either. Setsuna nods politely in greeting.]

[The girl doesn't look like the villagers though so Setsuna poses a further question.]

[She shakes her head.] It's not like a giant field is a cluster of privacy.

[It's easier to get a look at the woman now, but that's just standard Annabeth, casing someone. It's a little worse here, with very little in the way of allies and Tartarus fresh in her mind.]

Yeah. You too, I assume? [It's not hard to infer from her own question. But it's nice to see someone who doesn't look like an alien for once.] There doesn't seem to be much more info out here, unfortunately.

It's certainly more private than the middle of a busy village or an even busier space station. Although perhaps the term solitary is more applicable.

[Not that it bothers her. She certainly prefers it to that kind of bustle.]

It's a good place to think...but it sounds like few leads are out here.

[She wishes finding information was easier. Moving back to the question though.]

Solitary works. [Not permanently - Nico's just off on his own at the moment, but the two of them are hardly the perfect team. Solitary is more than applicable a phrase (and preference) to both of them).] I always think better when it's quiet. [And it's definitely quiet out here rn.]

[She asks the question in such a way that indicates she's only curious to find out if the girl has had any ideas. She's not really putting pressure on the girl or at least not meaning to.]
