AUGUST PLOT: A LOVELY TRIP TO PLANET 10952.EG.K

Arrival on EG.K is non-eventful; one will find themselves about a five minute walk away from the closest village on a very flat planet. The purple and turquoise grass waves in the near-constant warm breeze under a rosy pink sky, and while the sun seems far too close to the planet for comfort, the semi-cloudy nature of the planet means one can see far into the distance without squinting constantly.

EG.K is currently a delightful 23.9 degrees in Universal Standard Temperature, dipping down to 15.5 UST at night. Visitors to the planet can expect clear skies and no rain or storms for the week. Occasional winds up 50 MPH are present, but not constant.

Make friends with the locals, take a swim in a lake, actually do whatever it is you came here to begin with - whatever it is, enjoy your week on this charming and uneventful planet!

[ he doesn't exactly look huffy, but there's always a good excuse for being put-out. he straightens his voice a little but and tugs down his hood. he cocks his hip just a little bit, enough to be a tad too theatrical for the situation, and continues smoothly. he had to at least appear confident, considering who he was. (but then he was always a little terrified to admit it, with so much negativity circulating.) ]

[ let's just seamlessly move into the other introduction, yes? yes. ]

[Right. Manners. That's a thing people usually use. It really only catches up to her when he reacts like he does, but she gets the information anyway, and that's the important part.]

Loki. [She repeats it while she mulls it over. Norse never felt as life or death as the Greek stuff did.] The trickster. [Gods taking smaller sizes isn't unusual but she stops herself before flat out asking. This time. Though it's pretty clear she's curious about something.]

[A beat, after his own question finally clicks.] I'm Annabeth.

[ he examines her expression for subtleties. his Other-Self had wrecked a lot of havoc on people, and the judgement always seemed to come down on his head. when he finds what he's looking for he lets out a little puff, and looks just a tad more enthusiastic, strolling in front of them. ]

Loki, the tricksteriest trickster this side of Asgard!

[ like it's a cool thing to say. ]

[She looks almost amused. His mannerisms remind her a bit of the Stoll brothers. Plus, it's always easier to converse with gods when they're not ten feet fall, even if she's instinctively wary of all gods trickster.]
