Indeed. A coffin. The corpse was an exact look alike of Rodimus. I was on my way to having the autopsy done to confirm the identity with Ratchet before I found myself here.

We have a chain of command for a reason. Ultra Magnus is perfectly capable of handling the situation until I return.

I have also made lessons about the Knights of Cybertron mandatory so that the crew is educated on the matter.

Well yes but...

[Ultra Magnus is about as religious as Ratchet's oil pan. Granted, Drift still feels like he owes then enforcer one after the red tape gambit he pulled on the Galactic Council at Theophany, but if Drift had to choose a vanguard to greet the Knights should they be found...it wouldn't Magnus.]

I guess it's not my quest anymore, so much... [not that it's stopping him] But that's great! People should know more than just the old myths.

My purpose in finding the Knights has very little to do with religious matters, Drift. [ why yes, he had read that file! he has read them all. ] It is to find a new home.

Have some faith in my leadership choices. Granted, I made the wrong calls, but those under my command were efficient.

[He's just frustrated that he can't be there. Drift never did deal well with feeling helpless overly well. It was hard enough to manage while in exile, but now, knowing about all these changes, it's harder than ever.]
