Loki & Jason in space | Open
Ah--they've started without us.
[Loki's poking his head around a corner to get a good look at their alien opponents. they've found away, amazingly, to sneak from the corridors to the Observation Deck without much fuss. having two heads to look out was definitely better than having one.]
And no one looks all that friendly. If only we could negotiate over a round Italian pastry and a large jug of fizzy soda. I hear it does wonders for the temperament, though I have a feeling their ambitions lie elsewhere.

[The "we" is referring to the fight they're having. While Jason's keen on banter, he's now pretty certain that this kid is going to get himself killed with the way he's going. That doesn't sit right with him. He's about as bad as these guys are with probably similar motivations when it comes to the grand scheme of things, but this isn't the turf he gives a damn about.
So when it comes to that, he can narrow his interests to his typical ones.]
no subject
[the last comment is a bit off-hand, as he really doesn't seem to be thinking about that right now. instead he's looking at the others that have also made it there, his eye on the conflict.]
Er—you see that, right? Those are giant robots, right?
no subject
[It's more of a statement of confirmation than anything.]
'Least it looks like they're mostly on our side, right?
no subject
[he's looking around. he hasn't forgotten what Jason said about lack of ammunition. those robots look like they're made up of ammunition.]
Perhaps we can make ourselves useful in other ways.
[paying very close attention to the behavior of the invaders versus the giant robots. he scrounges through his pockets and takes out his phone, lifting it so he can get a decent picture.]
no subject
[He doesn't see a point in there being a phone at a time like this, and remark aside, it's not like the internet is even working.]
Or maybe you're into kiddie photojournalism. But this really isn't the time for that.
no subject
We may be able to cast more attention there way, eh? No weapons needed!
no subject
[Jason glances to where they are and to the aliens in question. It's clever, if a little uninvolved and risky.]
If you don't want to fight, back the hell out of here and take cover. Then you won't be at risk. It's as simple as that.
no subject
Moreso, I wish to cause enough confusion on behalf of our invaders to give our robots more of a fighting chance.
[ he looks back at Jason and quirks his head. ]
Fighting isn't something I'm necessarily good at, but I can put myself to greater use. We are here to save everyone, aren't we? Life's not exciting without a little risk.
Besides! I've been chased by worse.
no subject
[He does wonder what's worse, but given that Jason was barely older than him when he got bashed over the head with a crow bar, he figures that he's open to the possibilities.]
But there are other ways to do this. It depends on if you have anything in your arsenal aside from sounding like you're gonna die.
