AUGUST PLOT: A LOVELY TRIP TO PLANET 10952.EG.K

Arrival on EG.K is non-eventful; one will find themselves about a five minute walk away from the closest village on a very flat planet. The purple and turquoise grass waves in the near-constant warm breeze under a rosy pink sky, and while the sun seems far too close to the planet for comfort, the semi-cloudy nature of the planet means one can see far into the distance without squinting constantly.

EG.K is currently a delightful 23.9 degrees in Universal Standard Temperature, dipping down to 15.5 UST at night. Visitors to the planet can expect clear skies and no rain or storms for the week. Occasional winds up 50 MPH are present, but not constant.

Make friends with the locals, take a swim in a lake, actually do whatever it is you came here to begin with - whatever it is, enjoy your week on this charming and uneventful planet!

( Gamora likes to think she's a simple woman - with her cut and dry list of things she is terrible at and the things she is very, very good at. Most of Annabeth doesn't interest her; she couldn't care less about why the other isn't interested in the world around them. No, her attention is on the sword next to Annabeth, because there are some things that she does care about.

Sharp objects to kill people with? Yeah, she's interested. )

Get that in the marketplace? Didn't think they had anything fun in stock.

( She's tall, green, showing off more skin than most people, gesturing at Annabeth's sword with her own. )

[She doesn't miss the woman's approach - even if she weren't giant and green, Annabeth's senses are sharp. She only looks up fully when spoken to.]

Came with me from home, actually. It was here when I woke up in this place.

[If they weren't on a weird planet in space, and she weren't so tall, Annabeth would consider the woman some sort of wood nymph. Dryads are green, ok.]

[Definitely an alien though. The minimal clothing doesn't seem to bother her so much either. Growing up Greek™.]

( She peers closer at it, sheathing her own sword across her back to get it out of the way. Nothing pressing is happening, and she can take on whatever it is with her bare hands anyway. )

[She nods, and her hand curls around it. Not that she thinks the woman is going to steal it. It's just talking about it stirs something up in her, and she needs to touch it beside her.] Do you know what a drakon is?

Sounds like 'dragon', a Terran creature. Never saw one, but Moondragon claimed some of the things on Monster Island looked like one was supposed to.

( Bracket text would go here, but it's two in the morning and I'm lazy so you can just imagine Gamora doing something here that's surprisingly unobtrusive and bland. For the moment. )
